Re: Minerals?

The body cannot use disolved minerals found in water anyway. The liver will attempt to eliminate those minerals before the body can use them. Of course it fails most of ther time and those disolved minerals end up in your joints and arteries. Did you ever change a hot water heater??? Or see an old one that's been in use for 10 years or so. That's why the distilled water.

The body uses minerals from foods. Both animal and plant foods. The best way to make sure you get enough minerals is to get a good seasalt. I prefer Celtic seasalt. Light grey. Of course seasalt is loaded with minerals because of all the plant and animal life in the sea. And don't be afraid to eat plenty of seasalt. This low salt diet is one of the reasons people die young.
