I appreciate your insight. I will continue tweak my program until I get the
desired results. The thing that resonated with me the most was your emphasis on
listening to the body. I will continue to make changes until progress is made. I
have also been training myself to cook light protein meals at night so that I
can avoid protein in the evening. There have been occasions in the past in which
I awoke in the night with a terrible feeling of breathlessness. Now the
connection between acidosis (late night protein) and oxygen deprivation is very
