Re: Iodine and PH

these things are a total waste of time here. there are other forums for pH.

we have stated over and over on this forum that :

iodine is not a magic bullet.

one must do the other cleanses and lifestyle changes commensurate with improved overall health. look at the top ten forums. they are there for good reason. how much is Iodine talked about on the Liver Flushing forum?

cleansing first makes Iodine easier to take and less stressful on the body.

iodine makes everything work better so doing cleanses and taking Iodine at the same time is recommended if one has not already cleansed.

there is nothing magic about pH. the body does just fine as long as one does not sabotage it. exercise and eat right. use it or lose it.

if one wants to take a little extra iodine for overall health, there are plenty of products out there which will do that and provide an extra 200mcg or so of iodine. this Iodine Forum is advanced beyond that and assumes a certain level of attention to ones health is already in place. iodine supplementation can also be an aid to reaching the point of taking certain steps not possible before. know thyself and to thine own self be true. i tell people to trust themselves. no one is better qualified as their own physician. this aint allopathy, even though allopaths have pioneered much of it. they are going against orthodoxy in doing so. i personally take an additional step and say learn from them and do it yourself.
