Good to read that your headache has eased. The first time that I started the cleanse my head was hurting so badly that I did quit after that day. I then continued cleaning up my diet and started a week later. I did have a headache the first two days and then no headache after that. I never experienced hunger after the third day.
I am wondering if you are a coffee/caffeine drinker? I am not but I've read that folks who are do experience a bad headache for a few days from the withdrawel.
Regarding the lemonade, the maple syrup (grade B or C)is important to the cleanse. You need the vitamins and minerals from it and it also keeps your blood Sugar level.
Maybe you are not used to the taste of real maple syrup. I never liked syrup until using grade B maple syrup.
To help 'cut' through the sweetness you can increase the amount of cayenne powder that you are using. That way your lemonade will be more spicy than sweet. I increased the amount of cayenne that I used daily to help with detoxing.
You may find that it is easier to take it 'one day at a time'. Get through today, drink your lax tea tonight and then start your day tomorrow. I found that it was really more of a mental thing until I got the hang of it.
You may need to do different cleanses after completing your master cleanse on your road to health; parasite cleanse, liver flush, etc.
