Hi there, I know how you feel, I am on day two though and sure I haven't seen the worst I'm going to see. I am feeling pretty groggy, and my stomach has been pretty upset all day. I had a pretty easy day 1 so I knew this was coming. I am at work and find that when I put on my headphones and listen to some good tunes, I can focus better on my work and the day (and lemonades) are going by faster.
I wasn't sure if the sweetness of the lemonade was something I could handle, but I think I got more cayenne than I should have which seems to help.
Hang in there, if you can do this, you can do anything!
