Cheater, but I have a son with him... :(

I am in a similar situation as a lot on here,mentally, verbally abusive cheater, (physical in the past, I found out he was on drugs behind my back) except, we have a 3 year old, and both houses are in his name, and he never married me.....

As soon as I can find a way out of here, I am OUTTA here.

Mine I left 2 times, and moved back to my home town for support, but now he has followed me HERE, and has slept with someone here already, and is trying to charm all of my friends and isolate me from the people I have known my whole life.

Since we are not married, I think I may be screwed financially and legally though.

I am in BC Canada, we broke up for a year, and have been "back together" for 8 months....a total of 5 years since we got together.
