Sunflower is good.
Stay away from soybean oils. In fact thats the first thing I look for when choosing a salad dressing. Lots of them have soybean oil.
Soy products have an acid in it that prevents the uptake of minerals through the intestines.
Your body will only absorb nutrients to the degree that minerals are present.
I found this out the hard way, by drinking a quart of soymilk a day.
The only way its OK is if it is fermented, as in soy sauce.
