Thanks for your reply glaxony :) I'm from the UK and they don't use the catheter method here, but the marsupialisation method, after that excision. I am going to cancel my operation!...

I have some fantastic news and shall be posting a new thread. I was surfing the web
for alternative remedies for the problem last night after posting this thread, and I found a home remedy. A mixture of 1 fl oz calamine lotion, 1 teaspoon tea tree oil and 1 teaspoon to be applied to the cyst or abscess on a pad or cotton ball for half an hour or so. I wasn't too sure when I tried it, but lo and behold, an hour or so later, it burst.

The woman who posted the remedy has used this method three times and each time successfully managed to get it to burst. I know it could be coincidence, but I don't think so! If I can avoid surgery and use this remedy instead, then I'm one happy woman. :D

I will be doing a colon, liver and kidney cleanse too, just for general health purposes. I've done a mastercleanse before, but only lasted 4 days. Having had something 'wrong' with me for the first time in my life has definitely given me more motivation to try harder!
