I'm planning to start a garden this spring. I was going to start one last spring, but just physically couldn't do it. But I've got several months here to get healthy enough to be able. Won't even have to worry over whether my veggies are truly organic or not (I don't really trust the store labels), since I will be the one growing them. I wonder about using Iodine in the garden ... that's something for me to reseach over the winter. I wonder how much Iodine the veggies and fruits would soak up, and would it deter disease and critters in the garden. Much to think about!
