Actually I didn't apply them both at the same time. I used the Lugols first. Just painting a drop on the mole in the morning and sometimes again in the evening. That really softened it up and lots of it peeled off. Then I started to use ACV once a day. I applied vasaline to the surrounding skin to protect it, and then used a small piece of cotton wool soaked in ACV and covered it with a bandaid. It only took a week to completely come off after that. The skin was a little tender, so I applied VCO each day to help the area heal. It has left a tiny white scar, but you have to really look to see it. It is hardly noticeable at all.
