Thank u SO much for ur replies! Now I am on a stage where I am ready to try EVERYTHING just to get rid of it. Sometimes (or better to say recently) after eating sweets I start scratching my skin (esp legs) which is not a very good sign.... I cant say I enjoy sweets that much. I would say they just help to get temporary relief and then - regrets. For me there is no 'something in the middle' if I eat sweets I eat them in large ammounts so better for me not to eat them at all for a long period of time. I feel better that way.... Coconut oil? I have already bought the one and now gonna eat it (3-6 tea spoons at least per day).. Have to stop eating fruits for a month at least (actually Somer in one of her posts gave very detailed plan of Candida diet).
