didn't get a reply but am still curious - I am assuming that the use of egg lecithin is not recommended because of the desire to not consume animal products? But other than that is it bad for you?

Just curious for the details....

Excuse my ignorance - Before coming here I had never heard that eggs were a bad food and had always thought it was good protein if it came from a free roaming and happy hen because there was no need to kill anyone for it in that case. I have a friend who has two very happy - healthy hens and they lay so many eggs. He is always giving the extras away to the needy. Otherwise they would go to waste. Or I guess he could put them out in the hills for the coyotes and bobcats or something.
