So I've been trying to start this juice fast for the past couple months and have only managed to make it 2 days! Terrible... I decided to write out a daily plan for the next 25 days because I figure it is more likely I will stick to this if I'm following something, rather than going into it blindly.
I am doing this mainly for weight loss and cleaning up inside for an easier transition into a raw diet.
So far:
I went to the gym this morning, did 40 minutes of cardio and drank 4 oz of apple/celery juice.
I weighed in at 150 lbs today and now i'm depressed as ever. This is the heaviest I've ever been. I've gained all this weight in college and I was mid 120's when I entered college so I'm just hoping I'll lose a decent amount of weight.
