--Testimonials--Best Blood Sugar Stable ever--

By Sutton,

That is exactly what I did. And I was eating way too
much protein and too much sugar. And when I say sugar
I mean whole breads and fruit and whole grains. I am
not eating any processed grains, very little whole
grains, no fruit and honey,( for me, would be like
shooting heroin into the veins.) I am assuming that
this is because I am so depleted and acid. So for now,
I am on mostly above ground veggies and lowering the
protein. Every day I am getting more blood sugar
stable. I can eat veggie soup at night and be okay all
night. Before, I would have to get up in the middle of
the night to eat! And like you, I would be eating
protein late at night to keep stable.
I was eating way too many carbos for me. That I think
was what was causing the need for the protein.
I am eating an avocado a day and that is very filling.
I cut back on the amount of fat I was taking. I am
taking one teaspoon of fish oil a day. Just started
that.
I am making great veggie broths and soups. They are
filling and sustaining. Every few days I am having a
glass of raw milk. And 2 BSM drinks a day.
What I thought was blood sugar seemed to be acids
because I would get shakey and take one of ML's baths
and feel better.
I have a lot of work ahead of me. But, honeslty, this
is the most blood sugar stable I have ever been.
I wish you luck because it really does feel terrible
to be so out of whack!
