I think I will just continue to use the stainless steel container and just fill Glass jars with it - I first dump it into the ceramic bottom on my old water stand and then I just keep filling up glass containers off of that. It's so easy. I'm doing an apple cider fast this weekend and it comes in such nifty gallon sized glass bottles.

I'm down on plastic but I realize that when the trucks stop rolling and the new society begins in earnest - plastic will make a super great building material! We will be so creative with it.
