help get rid of this stuff!!

hello i was wondeirng if anyone could help me out..i been suffering from yeast infections for about 6 years now and i have gained my weight back for the past 2 years i just ate what i wanted...but that was a bad decision...so i was wondering if u knew of any diets i can do...i used to be on a diet that i had got from curezone but i misplaced it..can someone help me get rid of this yeast Tweet
