Question about Sunlight

Hey everybody :) I've been doing a little brainstorming and i was just wondering: does anybody have EC and also not wear glasses or contacts? I know this might seem random, but i would really appreciate a response (was thinking about how UV light activates the production of various compounds in our bodies, how sunlight seems to influence EC, and how almost all contacts/glasses provide almost total UV protection).
