Thank you Moreless, the baths have changed my life!
The baths which you generally don't recommend (the Calcium
Hydroxide ones, because they are so powerful) have done
incredible things for my health in a very short time. I have
taken 5 now. 4 of them in 5 days time with niacin. I have a
herniated disc and after the last bath, my back started to go
out, but it was different somehow. I looked at my back in the
mirror and it seemed totaly aligned for the first time in
years. My muscles were not used to me being in the proper
position at first and caused me pain, but now after years of
back pain, most is gone. I have more range and curve in my
spine and it is great. Also, the fluid in my knees and the
occasional pains are gone! I can't wait to do my next series
of baths. I have also been oil swishing, and taking molybdenum
and pantethine to get rid of some of the freed toxins that do
not come out in the bath. My sense of well being is increasing
everyday.
So thank you Moreless, even though you may talk in riddles
sometimes, the points you make are priceless! You really
should write a book!
