Coconut Milk (good for a coconut cure)?

Hi all
I keep reading good things about coconut and its properties.
And supposedly it is beneficial in many ways from the skin to the mood, from digestion to immunity. So I've read of "coconut cures" where basically you follow a monthly treatment based on the beneficial properties of coconut.

Unfortunately it seems that everyone suggest to use coconut oil in those cure but I searched everyone and couldn't find an high-quality and not terribly expensive coconut oil. The only thing I found was a small bottle that would last like 3 days and whose price was 25$.

Anyway since I often buy coconut I wonder if there are other ways to attempt a "coconut cure" without the coconut oil? I thought that coconut milk might be beneficial enough but I'd like to know from you what would be a good "coconut milk regime" the amount, the timing and so on. Or maybe I could put coconut in my juices and get the fatty juice?

Any thought?
Thanks!
