Re: To the women out there..

Hi MrThunder, I sure hope you stay around long enough that I may ask you some questions.
So, anyway, here are the details of this coccus type {bacteria?}.
The ones I described were obtained from penis, and were observed directly. They were very small, I would guess >1um in diameter. I had to use very powerful oil objective in semi-darkfield setting. I surmise it was close to 2000x power, but resolution was slightly distorted. The small cocci were suspended in water, so movement was understood, however, there seemed to be independent momentum.
The nuclei was reflecting in the infra-red range, suggesting high electro-negativity. I see this a lot with active pathogens.
It resembled a ball with a small red marble slightly bulging the outer surface.
It looked like budding, but they all looked like this, and I did not see anything dislodge. I do suspect that this "marble" does leave the mother cell at some point, but did not observe it directly.

As far as confirming motility, I am not 100% sure. I can normally can tell the difference, but this was strange. I have observed many forms of yeasts, and spores, which have a vibratory kind of movement esp. when budding. These had a different type of random movement.

The bacteria described on culture plate were grown for several days. This was from scrotum being applied to gelatin nutrient.
There was one very active rod-bacteria which slowly fermented the gelatin right to the bottom, and spreads, consuming all other yeasts the yellow colonies of coccus bacteria [which I assumed were same as penis sample] I know, never assume in science!

As for being catalase positive, I can still check that and get back to you.
I have not done a gram-stain, but it looks gram positive by the high reflective quality of outer surface membrane [high in protein]
Thunder, have you followed any of my other posts? Shroom
