I just flipped over to that site -- it would seem to me that the only difference between Utah's REAL Salt and the Himalayan Salt is that the HS seems to have been trapped in the mountains, after having been the 'original' sea. The Utah Salt comes from a dried up ocean bed so may be later in its existence? There may be some slight differences but they seem to be very similar? Just wondered.
As you say, look for the salt to have 80+ minerals.
