Congratulations on a good start. Yes, I think ten drops is a good number. I have done upto 20 and then tappered down to 5 drops a day. I do the same thing Lugol's first thing in the morning and salt and vitamin C in the evening. Keep it up. If you can go further try to build up slowly, listen to your body. You will know when to stop and tapper off.
