That is good to hear. Bugs really have a hard time getting past silver and a strong immune system. This is a time of year that gives me fits, but Colloidal Silver in the nose spray works well -

I use to use a spray but I found a nebulizer off ebay works much better. It is a much finer mist that will go deeper into the lungs and sinuses with no discomfort.
and if it feels like a bug is persistent, I do like you and gulp down a bit extra. Sometimes a few echinacea caps too. Trapper swears by oregano too - I have read lots of good things about it, but never tried it except in my cooking. You ever use it?

The oregano oil is a different plant than the one used in cooking. I have tried both of them and did not have much luck. I had a super bug though that nothing including the $26 per 4 ounce Colloidal Silver would work. Cayenne pepper helped but I ended up getting rid of it with "The Beck Protocol" and an EMEM Rife machine.
