that really all depends. Last time I had candida many years ago , all I did was diet and eat tons of yogurt and I got well. Probiotics can crowd out the candida. I believe they also produce a chemical that candida does not like. But in some situations where candida is deeply entrenched in the fungal form it will be much more difficult to take probitocs and expect them to clear it away. Hence the reason for enemas. Flush out the bad guys and replace it with probiotics.
