The dentists will usually tell you the fluoride is to remineralize your teeth.

Iodine is a much better choice and a halogen our bodies actually NEED, unlike fluoride.

So, what to do?

Get ya some liquid iodine, like the "detoxified iodine" (

), or Lugol's solution (
http://www.jcrows.com
).

Put a drop (or more, after reading about Iodine on the Iodine forums) in water and swish away!

Do NOT use the Iodine you can buy at the drug store, like povidone or iodine tincture. They are made for topical use, not oral use.

Trust me, your entire body will appreciate this, not just your teeth!

Please get educated on iodine, as well.
