You are doing fantastic. And yes one thirty day first is unlikely for most of us to get rid of toxins, especially the way they are pummelled with them today, the way they are casually tossed into most of the processed foods we eat. But getting rid of the backlog, as happens on the first long term fast, should make a huge difference to your life. Perfection may be a long road but there are plenty of benefits on the way there. Remember that the toxins you are releasing now are gone forever, and each time you do a fast in the future you will be getting deeper into the cells of the body releasing more and more, as well as maintaining your body and releasing toxins that you may still be introducing into the body in the meantime. And the maintenance if we can increase our intake of raw and less toically infected foods will be damned easy compared to the process of eliminating a whole lifetime's worth. :)
I find the taste hard to put up with as well. Some say you're actually tasting and later you even smell the last rotten waste as it is removed from the body. We just have to grin and bare it and know that what we do today won't have to be repeated tomorrow.
