When I went thru the 40 day oj fast I felt all kinds of wierd things as my body was
detoxing and cleaning itself out. The best advice MH gave me was a hot soak every night in herbs in the tub while sipping a glass of warm herb tea to keep the detox flow going outwards, out of the body.
On MHs website he says add a bit of red pepper and apple cider vinegar to a hot bath and soak every night before bed is a great stimulating detox soak and it may get the flow in your legs going to alleviate cramps.
I had a lot of fun experimenting with different herbs for the nightly soak while oj fasting, the soothing herb baths before bed help you get thru the fast as your skin drinks, via dermal absorption, about a cup of whatever herb your soaking in after 20 minutes.
