Could this be Endometriosis?

A few years ago I had a complete hysterectomy, due to severe Endometriosis, Adenomyosis, Fibroids, Ovarian Cysts, and a bad cervical infection.

So anyway, years later, I've started having this pain in my side. It's a burning pain, and it's in my right side, under my ribcage, kind of in the middle. It radiates to my lower pelvic area and into my hip.

I've had my gallbladder, liver, and appendix checked. All are fine.

I've undergone a colonscopy, and all was normal-no cancer, etc.

I've had tests done for all types of arthritis, lupus, etc. All are normal.

No one can find out what is wrong with me, but I have this burning pain every single day! It's usually worse in the mornings, and I feel slightly nauseaus with it, lack of appetite.

I thought it was adhesions, from my hysterectomy, as it was done abdominally. But the pain is not where the scars are, so it couldn't be adhesions, my doctor said.

Could this be the Endometriosis coming back? Yes, I am on HRT-I've tried going without it and NO WAY is that gonna happen again! lol
