Yes, as a general rule.
Weight Watchers worked for me, years ago, so that sets me experimenting with small amounts of carbs, such as a single slice of dry bread, with a limited amount of protein.
White potatoes would be a carb, in my book, while peas, would be a limited vegetable, no more than 1/2 cup per day, and without other limited vegetables, like squash, because of the carbohydrate content.
I doubt I'll need to go that far in my finished program, but I'll be watching my intake closely.
I'll just keep refining until it works!
Isn't ginger grand?! And so good for the digestion!
Sometimes we need to test one thing at a time, and note its effect. That's pretty slow going, but worth the bother.
