Re: Aside, about seeds
It is an adventure and I'm feeling fantastic today because I started the Humaworm; really cheerful! I'm actually sitting here smileing! lol
I pour apple cider vinegar on my salad and with my evening meal I threw some flax seed on and because it's dry I poured the vinegar on that, even though the meal was veg and meat. Tasted great!
To keep my carbs down I eat buckwheat (the toasted or roasted variety, yum!), quinoa or millet usually and tonight I had a sweet potato instead because they're supposed to be great if you have candida.
For four months I've been drinking a liver flush recipe every day (recently just before 11pm as the liver works best between 11pm and 1am). I wondered whether to carry on because of the garlic and decided to just leave the garlic out because I shove loads of ginger in and the lemons must be beneficial. Here it is if you want it:
2 lemons
Work up to 4 cloves garlic
Work up to 4 tbsp pressed olive oil (I now use 1 tbsp coconut oil, 3 olive)
thumbnail slice ginger but I shove far more than that in
glass pressed apple juice
glass water
About instinct, I think there's more to it than we're aware because a while ago the thought came into my head to use ginger as I felt it'd be very cleansing. I looked it up and sure enough it is. Later I had a similar feeling about stinging nettles thinking they'd be powerful stuff similar to an antiseptic. Found out it's brilliant, helps with allergies and does other good stuff. I pick it fresh from the garden every morning and blend it with other greens to lob in my porridge. Flax seed will be going in that too now.
I'm going to have to figure out some puddings! Apparently you can use sweet potatoes in them and stevia would be good; I'll concoct something no doubt but if you have any suggestions fire away!
I misread you; do you mean eat carbs separately from your protein and fat?
