I forgot to answer your other question. I don't know how bad to consider this. I have had daily bloating/distention/intestinal gas daily for about 11 months now. I think (finally after 11 months of keeping a food journal) that I may have found the what was causing the excess gas. I believe that raisins were exacerbating the issue. So, the bloating/distention has been going on for about 11 months... Doesn't seem to matter what I eat, but it starts off less in the morning, usually increases and peaks in the afternoon, then usually starts to slightly lessen at night.
