If this is your first fast don't be too hard on yourself Krissy. When I first read about fasting I did it many times for a day or two before I ever managed to do a more serious fast.
The best advice I can give you apart from distracting yourself as best you can until you are past the worst of your cravings- is to be ready to break the fast properly if you do have to break it early. If you give into 'bad' cravings for cooked foods even at this early point it may not be dangerous to your health but it won't necessarily help you get back onto your fasting journey. Your body is happy as you have reported, but your mind is fighting the CHANGE, a mind that has been filled with propaganda about all the yummy foods you're missing out on.
If you can break through these early days fantastic but don't kick yourself if you can't, break the fast correctly with real food and your body and mind both won't resent you so much for going on the next fast as both will be better prepared and know what is in store for them.
