Re: Day 25 WF: Detox or Autointoxication?

I must admit I love the cold. I haven't worn a jumper (sweater?)for about 14 years, I go through winters here even to zero degrees celcius and beyond at times in shorts a tank top and bare feet. And I've swum in Hobart Bay which has nothing between it and Antartica but water and cold wind in July, which is the middle of winter here. Not just a quick dip but a real swim, very bracing. :) So I guess I'm a bit biased on cold weather. hehe Tweet
