Just a couple of points I could add.....
Too much water (in my opinion) inhibits the cleansing as the body has to deal with the excess that is just not needed: be guided by thirst would be good advice I think.
Fonty is also spot on with the sunlight benefits but don't overdo it....gradual exposure at first, increasing that exposure daily as your body becomes acclimatised to it. Too much sun can be enervating and result in sunburn.
