I remember reading a website with a Doctor who uses supplements saying that they got the best results from their patients with taking supplements 4 days on and 4 days off. So that's what I'm trying and it seems to be working. On the other Iodine forum there's an illustration about housecleaning. When you first start cleaning a filthy house. You kick up more dust than usual, and sometimes you just have to let the dust settle before continuing, but you don't stop cleaning house. The more you clean. the less dust. But you can continue to wait for the dust to settle before starting again. When there is less and less dust as you continue cleaning then you may not have to wait as long for the dust to settle. Sounds good to me. So I wait till the dust is settled and then get back to cleaning when I'm not overpowered by the dust. Everyone's different. I even had to lower my dose on top of that. Your body has the inner wisdom to let you know what's right for it. Listen to it and don't doubt it.
