20 min pulling vs 2 10 min pullings
First of all I want to say that this is a Great forum and I really enjoy reading all the posts on here!! I have been pulling a few times a week for about a month now. I have definitely noticed an improvement in my overall health. Specifically more energy throughout the day, better sleep, much whiter teeth, healthier gums, etc....
I use organic unrefined sesame seed oil for 20 mins first thing in the morning.
My question is would it be more beneficial to split the 20 mins into 2 10 mins sessions right after each other? The reason I ask this, is due to the fact that between the 10-20 min mark is most likely when most of the oil is becoming toxic. I would think as soon as this occurs if we would replace the oil with new oil and continue for the remaining 10 mins, this might be much better than going 20 mins straight with all those toxins in your mouth approaching the 20 min mark.
What does everyone think about this?
