Re: Question about breaking fast
Auryn,
I cant do better than recommend Fontys advice here, but one little known fact regarding weak digestion is that exercise will improve it enormously.
I would strongly advise "rebounding" which is reported to be the only cellular exercise in existence as supported by NASA for their Astronauts: it is approx' 68% more efficient than jogging and exercises every single cell in the body, including the lymph system.
For most of my early life I was underweight and unable to gain in
pounds regardless of my diet; my digestion did improve after my first lengthy water fast, and I did increase weight a little, but after only a short period of rebounding the improvement in my digestion, regularity and weight improvement was just amazing.
There is a wealth of information in Dr
Herbert M Shelton s book "HUMAN LIFE: IT'S PHILOSOPHY and LAWS" (hard to obtain now I think) which details this.
I would also strongly suggest that you follow Fontys advice with food combining, which also had a strong influencing factor on my own digestion and weight improvement as well.
