Don't worry too much about the Sugar content. With raw fruits you are eating whole foods the way we have always been meant to eat them. These things are grown from the earth not concocted in a laboratory and designed to rot our teeth and have us come back begging for more. They are sweet yes, delicious of course, that's because we are the foods we are meant to eat and just like a birds and bees are attracted to sweet delectable flowers we are attracted to sweet fruits because they are the best things for us to eat. :) So enjoy their sweetness and know they are the best thing for you at the end of your fast. And hopefully you will find your digestion improved once you come to adding more foods.
