Question about breaking fast

Hi,
I have a question about the introduction of cooked foods. I have been reading the various posts that you should wait 2 weeks for a prolonged fast, eating only raw in the meantime. But I am wondering why steamed veggies or cooked vegetable soups are hard on the digestion? I would think actually that these thing would be easier to digest than raw veggies. The Master Cleanse actually suggests using a vegetable soup on the second day. Can someone explain this to me.

Also, I am wondering too about the introduction of fiber. I would like to introduce physillim husk and Bentonite clay drinks slowly, to stimulate a BM, how soon can I do this? I am doing a 21 day fast. Today is day 17, so I will be breaking fast on Sunday.

Thanks
