yellow toe nails

Has anyone developed more intense yellow orange coloration after being on Iodoral a while? From chilehood I have had slightly yellowish/orangish soles and palms. The last three months plus I have been taking 1 Iodoral per day. I notice that the nails of my big toes have turned distinctly yellow and that now the nails of the 2nd toes have also turned yellow. Yellow nails are sometimes due to fungus but this does not look like a fungus. The nails look normal and are not pulling away from the skin. But they are a distinct clear yellow. I was wondering if the Iodine could be coloring them. I have also thick vivid orange calluses on certain points on the bottoms of my feet during this period, much brighter orange than my normal orange feet. I think the thick calluses is due to some ill fitting shoes I wore this Summer. But I was wondering if the coloration might be due to the iodine. Tweet
