well i just completed a 7 day juice fast, broken by many meals in the last two days that i have repeatedly overate at and felt exceedingly worse. I wanted to do a 30 day juice fast, however, after the bad food choices i've made in the past 2 days after breaking the fast, (not by my own thoughts, but by a push from others to have fun and go to dinner...) i feel it necessary to go on a Water Fast for at least 5 days. any suggestions? im thinking Water Fast for 5-10 days depending, and then going on a juice fast for 20+ days. I would like to break food addictions and me always overeating, as well as lose about 25 pounds. thoughts?? thank you, comments would be appreciated!
