squeezing pain in fingers, help

What could this be? I sometimes have a mild uncomfortable, squeezing like pain in my left fingers. It doesn't seem to be in the joints. Then it will cross over to my right hand. Like as I'm typing this now, I feel some uncomfortableness in my right hand 4th finger and the pain is extending upwards a little to my forearm. Could this be a blood clot, stopping circulation? Tweet
