Thank you my friends for your encouragement and good advice - I will take all of it to heart. It is exactly what I am looking for. You have helped so much to clarify things for me. I've been laid up here for about 8 weeks with a sciatic problem that has kept me from being able to work or exercise but has really plunged me into healing mode and I now consider a seeming disaster to actually be a transformational pivot in my life. I am truly grateful to have found the curezone and to have had this downtime to learn an enormous amount about the healing process.
