never had panic attacks before. Although, I am prone to getting hypoglycemic. I was avoiding breakfast for quiet some time, just becoz someone told me, breakfast is not a good idea. That was hard on me. I have started eating some healthy breakfast with protein lately.
BTW, you can do a research on Hydrogen peroxide & Nitric Oxide to understand more what I am talking about. H2o2 can increase the oxidative stress on the body, although external application and gargling with it should be fine.
