so simple a child can do it

my daughter takes 50mg of Iodine whenever she thinks of it or feels the urge or when i remind her. she ends up taking it some days and not taking it others. she does no other supplements. she gets along fine with that. at least i know she isnt going to be deficient. she is 15 and the artist of my current avatar.
