Re: Jcrow
Hi how are you? Yes its in effect and the 2% may be sent in 16
oz or any size
in unlimited amounts. The 5% may be sent as well but only in the 1
oz size.
There are no sales limits for the 1
oz 5% as such, it just must be sold as an individual transaction. With respect to the 2%, in general, it is simply a dilute formula of
Iodine and Potassium
Iodide in water (2% Iodine, 4% Potassium
Iodide and 94% Distilled Water). One would just double (more or less) the use level to achieve the same dosage as the 5%. The formula ingredients are the same. I might add that the Gerson therapy calls for the 2%. Prior to my offering the 2% (and the DEA Rule change) many of my Gerson customers where buying the 5% and diluting it to 2% anyway.
Additionally,
Lugol's Solution is actually in the 4.5-5.5%
Iodine range. The "5%" is just a settled denominator for describing what is generally considered "Strong Iodine" (water based).
In any case, I have a free offer that includes Dr Jarvis' book Folk Medicine and a bottle of the 1 oz 5% when a 16 oz bottle of the 2% is purchased. With respect for the rules of the forum I won't post the link, but my site may be found quite easily.
Jeff
PS: As you know I was banned from the "other"
Iodine forum last summer. One of the members claims I was "rude". Just for the record, I am not rude. Some over there felt I was intrusive I guess, because of my consrvative minimlaist views about iodine usage and its applications. I am not a a rabid iodine drinker. It is not some kind of sacrament. I use iodine as Dr. Jarvis suggests and that's it. I have no long dissertations to make with respect to its efficacy because it acts as it does
on the human body with or without any speculative theory from all the experts out there. My understanding of Tibetan Medicine and the fact that Iodine is a salt leads me to believe it has some positive effects on the "wind" humour and this is one of the reasons for its efficacy. I must emphasize, I do not know with any certainty that this is true, however, many illnesses have their incubus in a wind humour disorder.
As you know Dlaertios, the Greeks have a long medical history of working with the
bodily humours, wind, phlegm and bile.
Cheerio!
