Thank you for posting your results. All too often people have a severe cleansing reaction to ozone, get scared and quit.It's nice to see postings of people who have come out the other end better for the experience.
As for breakfast ideas, my wife and I regularly during the work week make a smoothie for breakfast consisting of ground flax, apricot and pumpkin seeds (ground in a coffee grinder), oat bran, psyllium, whey, fruit of any kind, gogi berries, kelp,wheat germ, flax oil and whatever else we happen to fancy all blended together in a blender with water. I find it very satisfying and the smoothie sustains me well into the afternoon.
