Re: Salt for the toxic.
I usually take about 2 to 2 1/2 tsps of himalayan
Sea Salt or celtic
Sea Salt per day. Never
table salt . If you research some of the Lyme sites they are taking 15 grams a day of salt and about the same amount of vitamin C and reporting great results. People with adrenal problems actually need alot of salt from what I've read. The lyme site where they are taking so much
Sea Salt and vitamin C explains that people used to eat about 20 grams of salt a day. If I remember correctly, it was before we had refrigeration. I used to be afraid of it because there seems to be alot of misinformation out there about salt. But I think it's because the
table salt we have is heated to a rediculously high temperature which makes it bad plus all the
additives to make it free flowing, etc... So I stick to good quality sea salt, unrefined, and have been taking about 2 to 3 tspns a day. Research it, if you want to put your mind at ease. That's what I did. I do better with the salt push if I take 1/2 tspn rather than 1/4 tspn and I can only follow it with 1/2 to a cup of water. That's all I need. You may want to experiment to see what works best for you.
Good health to you!
