:-) Cute! Yea, I remember reading about the salt as well. I have Sea Salt in my kitchen and it is almost as cheap as the chemical salt. They said instead of seasoning your food with salt as you cook it because you can put too much in without realizing because you are "seasoning tasting as you cook" but should cook without it. then each individual person should sprinkle the salt on top of their food and not "stir or mix" it. Cause you know how we have to food on our plate, we shake salt, mix it, taste it and then we "feel" it needs more and we sprinkle more. Instead we should just eat with the salt on top for taste, but not mass consumption:-)
