Day 5 and I STILL weigh 201. When, oh when will I get below 200. I think its the water. I retain water for some reason. Maybe its my kidneys. I don't know. I've been drinking a lot of water like the article said and my stomach just ballooned out. I felt like a water balloon. I wonder if that's normal. I thought when you drink, that the fluid should go to your kidneys and not to your stomach. I'm going to check on the internet and see what I can find out about it. Keep the spirit, fasters.
